Fortina Spa Classes

All year-round classes are held at The Fortina Spa Resort, Tigne Point, Tigne Seafront, Sliema.

To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book your class, please contact the Spa Reception on (+356) 2346 2149 to do so.

10 class cards are available at the discounted price of €75

All mats and props are provided at no extra cost.

All classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
Please aim to arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class.

Lesson Preparation

Please be aware that the following are guidelines, not rules, which are aimed at enhancing the ease and comfort of your yoga practice.

It is advisable to eat no less than two hours before class.

You should try to avoid drinking water during yoga practice, if possible. Therefore, it is advisable to be fully hydrated before class (but not so much you will need the toilet!)

Especially for Yin Yoga, it is best to avoid caffeine if possible before class. If this is not possible, try to drink plenty of water also.
