Raw, organic, chocolate for sale in Malta!

Raw chocolate powder is available in 1kg bags.  You can sprinkle it on a frozen banana or two and have a lovely frozen chocolate 'ice-cream' as a dessert, treat or breakfast!  You can use it to make delicious, healthy, dark chocolate bars,desserts or treats.  By blending it with nuts, or a sweetener orhealthy dried fruits.  Or sprinkle it on a fruit salad, breakfast. I like to blend it with avocado to make a pudding, you can add banana, pears or other fresh fruit also. 

Raw cacao nibs are also available in 1kg bags.  They are the peeled cacao bean.  You can eat these as they are (Adam likes to snack on them instead of drinking coffee).  My favorite is mixing them with a little nut milk and raw honey, I think it's taste is reminiscent of Cadbury's cream eggs! 

...Or you can sprinkle them on your breakfast, make a trail mix with some nuts and dried fruit (especially good for travelling).  Or you could simply freeze them together with a sweetener, or crush them with a mortar and pessel (to make the best chocolate chips), these can then be sprinkled in your raw cakes or biscuits, or added to raw ice-creams!  Or you can blend them with nuts/ fruits/ dried fruits...  And the list goes, on, why not experiment and enjoy :)
